Nose: Bold rye spice, cracked pepper, orange peel, vanilla, caramel
Palate: Sweet corn and honey up front, then baking spice, rye bread, dark cherry, and a touch of cocoa
Finish: Long and warming with dry oak, mint, and lingering spice

When it comes to making spiked eggnog, the possibilities are equally as endless. Choose from your choice of dark, warm liquors to compliment the custard based drink, then add your favorite mix-in like a splash of vanilla or a dash of orange zest. Let your imagination run wild and craft your own unique recipe for friends and family!
🥚👌Easy Spiked Eggnog
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Eggnog (brand of your choice or homemade)
- 1.5 ounces dark liquor (Whiskey, Bourbon, Brandy, Cognac, Spiced Rum)
- Mix-Ins of your choice (Cinnamon, nutmeg, orange zest, vanilla, clove, pumpkin spice, etc.)
Instructions For Chilled Spiked Eggnog
- Fill cocktail shaker with eggnog, mix-ins, and alcohol and ice and shake until it is frothy and chilled. Strain into a new glass.
Instructions For Warm Spiked Eggnog
- Add eggnog and mix-ins to saucepan and slowly warm it over medium-low heat to prevent the eggnog from scalding.
- Once at desired temperature, remove from heat and add your alcohol. Stir to mix and serve in a mug.
